Pregnancy Massage/Reiki

Before, during and after pregnancy this can be a time of great pressure and uncertainty for both the mother and father involved; not only do you have the constant anxiety and worry of your child being well, but you also need to look after yourselves.
Empathy provides a home visit service in the Bolton / Greater Manchester area, where mums to be can experience an hour of relaxation techniques adapted specifically with your health and wellbeing - and that of your child - in mind. Empathy sessions can be tailored to your needs and typically include an aromatherapy massage or Reiki session.
Home visits cost £35.00 for 1 hour or Book 4 sessions for £30.00 per session. Contact Emma for more details.
Massage In Schools Programme (MISP)
Peer Massage within a classroom environment. £35 per hour, call for more details.
Bridal Night Special
Pamper yourself and the bridal party the night before your big day by treating your group to an Empathy relaxation experience. Calm those nerves and have fun!
Why not combine this offer with your Hen party celebrations to kick off your big night in style. Reccommended group size 4 - 8 persons.

Stress Buster Package
Whether you are in high school or in further education you are bound to come across tense times, course work overload, examinations, and stresses at home; within your relationships or living away from home.
Empathy can help by soothing, calming and boosting your body back into action. This could be through an individual aromatherapy session or through a relaxation workshop.
This package is available to all and is designed to ensure great value for money. When you book three sessions with Empathy you can get a fourth session for half price!
Relaxation Workshop
A combination of self supporting relaxation techniques presented to groups. Combining visualisation excercises, grounding techniques, one-to-one instruction in basic massage and each person will recieve their own individual personal relaxation programme. Price £15 per person per hour.
